Shipping Policy

Pelican Products Online Distribution ships orders Monday through Friday via UPS. Average ground delivery time is 7-12 business days on all IN-STOCK items. If your order will be shipped to a location different than the billing address, that location must be on file with your credit card company. Pelican Products Online Distribution will contact your credit card company to verify the shipping address on all orders.

Orders placed on Pelican Products Online Distribution will be shipped via UPS to street deliverable addresses only. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box address.

As a safeguard against fraudulent orders, all orders placed at Pelican Products Online Distribution will require a signature upon delivery.

Will-Call Pickup Policy

As part of the order process, we ask our customers their zip code. If you live in the Los Angeles area, the website will recognize that fact, and during the checkout process, you will be given the option to choose Will-Call as an option to shipping your order.

We are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by Email when your order is ready for pickup.
