Order Acceptance Policy

Order confirmations do not indicate our acceptance of your order. Pelican Products Online Distribution (PPOD) reserves the right to accept or cancel any order for any or no reason. All orders must establish an acceptable method of payment.

Pelican Products Online Distribution (PPOD) may require verifications or additional information before processing your order. Missing, incorrect, or fraudulent information may result in order cancellation without prior notice.

Shipping Policy

Pelican Products Online Distribution (PPOD) ships orders Monday through Friday via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Average ground delivery time is 7-12 business days of receiving cleared payments on all IN-STOCK items. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day. If your order will be shipped to a location different than the billing address, that location must be on file with your credit card company. Pelican Products Online Distribution will contact your credit card company to verify the shipping address on all orders.

Orders placed on Pelican Products Online Distribution (PPOD) will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground to street deliverable addresses only. Orders placed with only a P.O. Box address will be cancelled.

Pelican Products Online Distribution (PPOD) does not ship internationally.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect 8.25% CA Sales Tax on all orders that ship to destinations within California. Orders shipped anywhere else in the United States are not subject to sales tax.

Return and Exchange Policy

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for exchange or credit, shipping & handling is not refundable. Customers returning items for credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customers returning items for exchange will be bill or credited the difference and also will be charged the new shipping & handling costs.

Warranty Information

All Pelican Hard Cases are backed by an unconditional lifetime guarantee. Pelican guarantees all products against breakage and defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover shark bite, bear attack, or children under 5. To return your product on warranty, contact Pelican directly at 1-800-473-5422 (310-326-4700 inside CA) for a return authorization.

All Pelican Soft-Sided Cases are manufactured for Brandess-Kalt- Aetna Group, Inc. under license from Pelican Products, Inc., Torrance, California and have a 5 year warranty. This warranty shall apply only to those soft-sided cases that have been used as intended by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from extended use, accidents and normal fading, and will not apply to those soft-sided cases damaged by misuse or neglect. To obtain service under this warranty, forward the product, freight prepaid with dated proof of purchase to Brandess-Kalt-Aetna Group, Inc., 701 Corporate Woods Pkwy, Vernon Hills, IL 60061, USA. If our inspection finds the product to be defective in either materials or workmanship, we will at our option, repair or replace it. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability beyond the terms of this limited warranty. Brandess-Kalt-Aetna Group, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
